人物檔案:李萬(wàn)泉,重慶云陽(yáng)縣人,1951年生。1975年畢業(yè)于重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)醫(yī)療系,即分配到原省部級(jí)重點(diǎn)中專暨四川省萬(wàn)縣衛(wèi)生學(xué)校工作,擔(dān)任《內(nèi)科學(xué)(含傳染病學(xué))及護(hù)理》的教學(xué)與臨床工作。1979年參與該校附屬醫(yī)院的建立與內(nèi)科病房的診療工作。1992年9月在原四川省萬(wàn)縣衛(wèi)校取得高級(jí)講師資格;1995年受聘為臺(tái)灣省針灸學(xué)會(huì)客座教授;第二屆世界傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)大會(huì)(95年5月美國(guó)舊金山)演講學(xué)者。1985年參與當(dāng)時(shí)國(guó)家衛(wèi)生部與高教委委托該校編寫的中等醫(yī)護(hù)學(xué)?！秲?nèi)科實(shí)習(xí)指南》、《內(nèi)科護(hù)理學(xué)》有關(guān)章節(jié)的編寫,兩書已分別于1992、1993年由國(guó)家級(jí)出版社(人民衛(wèi)生出版被)正式出版。在臨床醫(yī)療近二十年的工作中,李醫(yī)師意識(shí)到西醫(yī)在治療慢性疑難雜病以及病毒感染性疾病療效甚微,更不可能根治,遂于92年毅然離開單位,投入到用中醫(yī)藥治療前述疾病及自費(fèi)研究并行臨床治療乙肝和艾滋病的艱辛而巨大的工作,至今長(zhǎng)達(dá)29年。

In 1985, he participated in the compilation of relevant chapters of "Internal Medicine Practice Guide" and "Internal Nursing" commissioned by the Ministry of Health and the Commission of Higher Education. The two books were officially published by the national Publishing House (People's Health Publishing House) in 1992 and 1993 respectively. （例十二）何××，男，時(shí)年23歲，住重慶市萬(wàn)州區(qū)天城君宅路18號(hào)，于1998年4月漸發(fā)雙下肢截癱并感覺(jué)喪失，幾經(jīng)周折于該年8月底始在西南醫(yī)院得以確診“腰椎管腫瘤致雙下肢截癱，住該院準(zhǔn)備手術(shù)治療，但術(shù)前檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)患有‘乙肝/小三陽(yáng)’”，且肝功能異常，該院遂醫(yī)囑患者從重慶返萬(wàn)州將肝病治愈后再去重慶作手術(shù)治療?；颊叻等f(wàn)后，回憶起余在治療“乙肝/肝病”方面頗有經(jīng)驗(yàn)，遂由其妻子至我處求醫(yī)（主要是期望盡快治好肝病后再作腰椎管腫瘤手術(shù)），本人親自到其住所為患者診視，見其舌體中等，舌質(zhì)紅而偏紫，舌表面有少許薄白苔，遂符合余自研制的肝?、驣號(hào)藥（疏肝益腎湯加減而成之中藥散劑/于治療早一中期肝硬化方面頗療效）。用藥20天后，其全癱的雙腳大拇趾可有動(dòng)作，此時(shí)余即大膽斷言“至服藥滿三個(gè)月時(shí)爾可以下床行走矣”。至該年11月底在我即將飛上海救治3名重癥肝病及肝癌患者前，患者即可少許步行至我處面診就醫(yī)，而應(yīng)了“服藥三個(gè)月即可下床行走”之言。此后連服兩月共5個(gè)月時(shí)即99年春節(jié)后即重操舊業(yè)——開出租車矣，而未去重慶作手術(shù)，這是否又是中醫(yī)“異病同治”之極好例證（在用以活血祛瘀法為主治療肝病時(shí)亦將其椎管腫瘤“化去之”）。隨訪26年即至今其肝臟情況良好，椎管腫痛未再?gòu)?fù)發(fā)。又注：此重要事例于2001年傳至云南西雙版納的胡××，女，34歲，亦因雙下肢癱瘓?jiān)诶ッ魇嗅t(yī)院診斷為“椎管腫瘤”，當(dāng)時(shí)經(jīng)治療半年后，始可柱杖輕微活動(dòng)，此時(shí)聞言遠(yuǎn)診求治于我，余采用“遙控診治”（見后附表格）方式，亦經(jīng)6個(gè)月的治療即康復(fù)如初，活動(dòng)與工作如同常人，隨訪至今已25年未見復(fù)發(fā)。

4、處方：西洋參15 銀柴胡6 黃芪15 白術(shù)15 當(dāng)歸（炒）10  甘草10  升麻15 陳皮10  熟地20 丹皮20 茯苓20  澤瀉20  山藥20  桔梗15田七10  丹參20 炒梔子15 黃柏20，共18味中藥。煎液，連煎三次，每次煎液約500余ml，然后將3次藥液混勻共1600ml；每次從胃管注入200ml，每天4次，即分別在早7點(diǎn)/下午12點(diǎn)/下午6點(diǎn)/晚l1點(diǎn)從胃管注入（一劑中藥服兩天也）。為保證早出顯著療效，宜減少各種流質(zhì)飲食的注入，皆因以上中藥內(nèi)亦含有各種營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)之故！

該患服此湯藥8天后即取掉呼吸機(jī)；再服湯藥1周而康復(fù)出院，至今已近五年，病患未見復(fù)發(fā)。

（例八）：西南某省會(huì)城市章××，男，時(shí)年31歲，因患艾滋病進(jìn)入晚期，在省級(jí)?？浦委煙o(wú)效，遂至南方某大醫(yī)院，去時(shí)尚能穩(wěn)坐飛機(jī)的靠椅，治療2周后返回所屬省城，此時(shí)坐飛機(jī)不能坐穩(wěn)靠椅，需要人挽扶。因病患發(fā)熱，身痛，全身無(wú)力，不思飲食而住招待所，聽國(guó)家艾滋病專家委員會(huì)黎教授專一推薦，求治于本人，遂處方：抗病毒沖劑1小袋沖水200毫升吞服、維C銀翹片5片、西洋參膠囊3粒、一日三次。該患按此服藥三次后，體溫正常，乏力消除，并想進(jìn)食。（此種療效令病人及家屬興奮不已！通過(guò)此例的精確應(yīng)用，中成藥實(shí)屬罕見療效也可救急矣?。?/span>
